My journey.

After several years studying law and working as a lawyer in Switzerland, I came to see the limitations of a system that, in my experience, did not fully respond to the complexity and the needs of the human being.

A turning point invited me to engage with life differently, and to choose another path — one rooted in awareness, the body, the heart, and supporting others.

I spent four years training in Caycedian Sophrology before specialising in humanistic support. My journey has also taken me to India, where I dove into yoga and Tibetan Buddhism.

Today, I support people who feel called to move through life differently, with dedication and sensitivity.

Alongside my practice, I continue to learn and contribute to solidarity projects in Switzerland and abroad. Dance and meditation remain an important part of my own exploration of the living connection between body and mind.

FAQ

What is Caycedian Sophrology?

A method for wellbeing that combines dynamic relaxation and body–mind balance. It draws on breathing, body awareness and visualisation, with each practice adapted to the individual.

How does the humanistic support shape the process?

It creates a space of trust and safety, allowing each person to encounter themselves, find their own answers and strengthen their personal resources — while being supported and guided in their individuality and pace.

What does a session look like?

Each session is unique and shaped around you and what you are living through. We usually begin with time to talk about what is present for you. I then guide you through a sophrology practice. You remain seated, close your eyes and let my voice guide you. The exercises are simple and accessible. I adapt them to what emerged at the beginning of the session, helping you reconnect with your body and what you feel. We end with time to reflect, share and integrate the experience. The balance between conversation, practice and integration changes according to your needs : sometimes with more space for conversation, exploration or clarification, and at other times with a longer practice. My role is to accompany you with presence and care. I provide a safe and steady framework, listen, ask questions and guide you where needed. But the essential part of the process comes from you. The aim is to help you reconnect with yourself, so that your own answers and resources can emerge.

Do I need to commit to several sessions?

No. You are free to choose. A one-off session may be enough, or it can become part of a longer process.

How does an online session work?

All you need is a quiet space and an internet connection. I send you a link before the session. Meeting online allows you to do this work from home and integrate changes directly into your familiar surroundings.

Are sessions reimbursed?

My sessions are not covered by health insurance. We can agree on a fee together.
